Our approach and solutions are aligned with the concepts of Industry 4.0 or Advanced Manufacturing. We are national leaders with global experience in projects in Argentina, Chile, Mexico, USA, Canada, Germany and Sweden.

 

Our team is made up of mechanical engineers, production engineers and systems analysts with solid academic backgrounds and experience in large corporations. We have delivered consistent cost-saving and productivity-enhancing results in the machining manufacturing process for over 20 years for over 300 companies in the automotive, aerospace, oil and gas, mining, machinery and equipment, cutting tools and power generation industries. .

Experience in national and international cost reduction projects and productivity increase in key clients. Graduated and postgraduate in Mechanical Engineering from UFSC with specialization in Japan from JICA-KITA and MBA from EESP-FGV.

GUILHERME MEIRELLES

Customer Success and Support Supervisor

Mechanical Engineer graduated from the Federal University of Santa Catarina, I worked for 3 years as an intern at Adeptmec during graduation, after graduation I worked in the automotive sector, 5 years in a motorcycle company "Daframotos da Amazônia", in the areas of product development for 1, 5 years in China, project management and production management 2.5 years in Manaus and development of national parts in São Paulo, after that I worked with engineering project management at Volkswagen Caminhões e Ônibus for 3 years in Resende/RJ.

My main achievements: Responsible for the implementation project of the BMW Motorrad Factory in Manaus in partnership with Daframotos, assembling the first BMW motorcycle production line outside Berlin. I also participated as a project leader for VW trucks with the first truck with automated transmission and axle, a technology called SmartRatio.

Since April 2022 I have returned to Adeptmec with the mission of coordinating technical support and implementing a new methodology for monitoring the customer journey with Adeptmec products, known as Customer Success, seeking to raise the level of services offered by the company to customers.
