Ensures that the project will be completed and the objectives achieved. The project manager will define: overall objective, individual objectives, schedule of activities, responsibilities and resources. Its focus is to prevent failures from happening. It must anticipate difficulties and act preventively, ensuring the correct progress of the works.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
PHYSICAL ORGANIZATION
It analyzes the operational structure of the area responsible for managing cutting tools (Preset, Tool Room). Recommends new equipment and/or adequacy of the available ones. It is a hands-on activity in good Portuguese.
Investigates and describes in detail the company's maturity level regarding TLM 4.0 practices. It highlights strengths, opportunities for improvement and recommended solutions (software and hardware) to achieve them. It presents the macro project, the main performance indicators and the estimated Return on Investment (ROI).
